謹查智利與英國於2019年1月31日簽署經濟聯合協定（Agreement establishing an Association between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Republic of Chile），並預定於「智利-歐盟經濟聯合協定」停止適用於英國之日生效。英國於2020年12月31日正式脫離歐盟，因此，「智利-英國經濟聯合協定」自2021年1月1日起生效實施。
