一、南非營造業概況：
 
依據國際市場研究調查公司Research and Market近期研究報告(The Construction Industry in South Africa 2019)概要，南非長期經濟衰退及政府對公共基礎設施之投資減少，對南非營建承包商暨營造業形成相當衝擊，且南非持續暴力行為、建築業勒索等情形增加進而加速該行業之衰落。
 
此外，該報告引用南非統計局資料指出，南非建築業2019年第1季度減少了約14.2萬個工作機會。儘管南非建築業佔南非8％勞動力，產值約佔南非GNP之4％，但該產業技術勞工短缺、投入成本不斷上升，長期基礎設施建設支出減少、經濟萎縮以及對投資者南非無償徵用土地措施之擔憂日益加劇，對該產業形成巨大壓力與衝擊。
 
該報告亦整理南非所有69家營造業公司名單（詳如附件），包括在約堡證券交易所（JSE）上市之南非最大建築及工程公司Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon，以及其他上市公司，如Murray＆Roberts，Raubex，Calgro M3，Stefanutti Stocks及Aveng等。
 
二、南非部分營造公司陸續自約堡證交所(JSE)下市
 
依據南非當地相關媒體報導，南非部分營造大廠因長期建築市場低靡，不堪虧損，陸續自約堡證交所下市，例如在南非成立46年之Group Five營造業集團於本年6月12日下市。此外，其他知名營造公司如Edcon及Comair，都已向政府申請商業援助，現在更因Covid-19疫情大流行及政府進行全國封鎖措施，增加市場不確定因素，導致該產業前景更複雜。近來發生財務虧損或下市之公司尚有Esor（預計6月22日下市）、Basil Read、Murray＆Roberts（M＆R）、Aveng、Stefanutti Stocks及Everite等公司。
 
三、南非尚能承接重大基礎設施之公司
 
依據建築市場情報公司Industry Insight經濟學家David Metelerkamp本年5月間表示，縱使南非近期部分營造公司陸續宣布下市，上市建築公司下仍還很多，惟能夠承接重大基礎設施項目的公司，應僅剩Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon　(WBHO)（https://www.wbho.co.za/）和Raubex（https://www.raubex.co.za）。
 
WBHO係南非規模最大，但Raubex近期取得多項工程招標案，營運表現較佳。據南非當地媒體報導，Raubex公司頃於本年6月宣布該公司本年5月獲得誇祖魯-納塔爾省運輸部核准之10億南非幣道路修復工程，並自國家公路管理局(Sanral)獲得約8.15億南非幣之合約以及完成N1-29 Musina Ring Road道路之4.2億南非幣合約。該公司道路及土木工程部門之合約訂單已自去年的31.9億南非幣飆增至今年2月底54億6000萬南非幣。Sanral過去占該公司訂單約25％到30％，在過去一年該公司自Sanral獲得訂單已從3％增加到13％，約達12.75億南非幣。該公司頃宣布，每股收益成長183.7％，營收增加2.5％，達到87.3億南非幣，而營業利潤亦增加132％，達到4.850億南非幣。
